Smart Wallet is the proposed place to follow a resident request, provider review, incoming funds, and spending activity. A proposed wallet would distinguish money that is pending, available, or held for a purchase.
In the proposed model, a linked Smart Card would use the same confirmed available wallet balance. An eligible posted purchase could qualify for the one Smart Miles rewards program, with refunds and reversals causing corresponding adjustments under final rules. These are concepts, not an available financial service or promised reward.
